ideas, and interesting –often inedited- solutions to social and
economic problems.

venture founder who created innovative farm programs and who
lived up-close the plight of the American farmer.

international Engineer,
who has carried out business -on behave of several American companies-
in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

An
MBA who
understands commerce, technology, and trade issues.
·
A
Scientist
with the academic background to grasp our planet’s problems.
·
A foreign
born (in a State with millions of such) who can communicate with his
constituents in several international languages, including those spoken
by Hispanics, by many retired Quebecois Canadian-Americans in my
district, and by the estimated 200,000 Brazilians of Broward county.
·
An
under-represented Hispanic,
in a country with 12% of such
(Latinos
represent 15% of the population here in Florida by
official census, but they are actually 23% if you include the
unrecognized –often not accounted for- illegal aliens).
(There
are less than 4% of Hispanics in Congress, but none
in the Senate), and no Governors.
·
An American
who has had more exposure to America since the departure from Spain, 31
years ago, that many American-born will have in a lifetime.
I
have resided 10 years in PR, 7 years in NY, 5 years in CO, 4 years
in SD, 2 years in WI, 2 years in KS, 1 year in MN, and 2 years in
FL. Plus I have visited another 31 American States.

A honest,
valiantly confessed "non-religious" individual,
unbiased, highly educated person, with "no strings
attached" or favoritisms to pay back.
